Returns and Exchanges

If you would like to return or exchange an online order, please send us an e-mail at to obtain a return authorization, and receive further instructions.

We cannot accept returns without prior authorization.

You can return items up to 30 days after the date we shipped your order. Shipping charges are not refundable.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once received, returns may take up to 30 days to process. Once processed by our return specialist it may take 3-7 days depending on your banking institution to reflect your statement.

How long will my package take to arrive?

Your order is being packed and shipped from our warehouse in New York, NY. Orders with standard shipping will take approximately 5 to 7 business days to be delivered.


What are business days?

Business days are “regular” business operating days, Monday through Friday.


How do I know my package has shipped?

When orders are packed in our warehouse in New York, NY, a tracking number will be emailed to you. The tracking number allows you to see where your package is and when it will land on your doorstep. (Please note it may take up to 48 hours for tracking to display on the carrier’s site. )
